First hand analysis with senior company management, on a one-to-one basis, is critical to our fundamental investment approach. We focus on examining the salient factors of a company's business strategies and finances. Our investment evaluations are price blind as we focus on purchasing companies with excellent management and reorganization skills and with products and services that have a proprietary thrust. The breadth of our fundamental analysis includes both in-house and outside research as well as multiple sources of macro-economic and market data in the evaluation of the major trends in domestic and world markets. Fundamental evaluation of companies is supplemented with thorough technical analysis developed over years of experience. We believe that successful long term investing requires a disciplined and consistent methodology that includes focused fundamental and technical analysis, diligent monitoring and extensive experience.
